Our services are designed to help content creators and businesses grow their YouTube channels while minimizing their time investment to 2 hours per week or less.

4. Order Process And Service Delivery

4.1 Order Process:

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods:

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment processor WayForPay:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)

5.2 Payment Processing:

  • All payments are processed securely through WayForPay

  • Payment is required in full before service commencement

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance

  • All prices are in USD

5.3 Billing:

  • Monthly subscriptions will be automatically renewed unless cancelled

  • You will receive notification before each billing cycle

  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

6.2 Our Work Product:

  • We retain ownership of our proprietary methods, templates, and processes

  • Final edited content and deliverables become your property upon full payment

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the month in which the claim arose.

7.2

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

We do not guarantee specific results or performance metrics for your YouTube channel, as results depend on various factors beyond our control.

8. Privacy And Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable Ukrainian and international data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. TERMINATION

9.1

Either party may terminate these Terms with 30 days written notice.

9.2

We may terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms or fail to make required payments.

9.3

Upon termination, we will deliver any completed work and return your materials within 30 days.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our Website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
